Established the Media Technology Division US department from the ground up, managed and led the team to:+ Contribute to ISO/IEC/ITU-T video coding and multimedia systems standards such as HEVC, DASH, MMT, OMAF, etc. + Participate other industrial standards including ATSC, OIC (IoT), Miracast, WiGig, etc. to assist product and business decisions.+ Develop and prototype video/CV technologies for MediaTek SoC products.Responsible for department daily management and operation. Chair/co-chair of standard ad-hoc and technical groups. Author of numerous standard contributions and adoptions.
