I am passionate about what I do and always work towards delivering on the results. I have a proven record in repeatedly exceeding Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) in an organisation.Furthermore, I am a resourceful, creative thinker, and a fast learner and is always looking for a new challenge to grow.
