Throughout her career, she has entitled over six million square feet of industrial property in Southern California. Ms. Mandrup’s proficiency at every stage is unparalleled, from acquisition transaction management, design and entitlements, to construction, property and asset management. She focuses on building strong relationships and developing a quality end product, both on time and within the parameters of the budget.Ms. Mandrup has more than a decade of comprehensive real estate experience including a position as Development Manager for a private real estate development company. In this role, she successfully completed 12 ground-up developments in the Los Angeles in-fill and Inland Empire West totaling more than 1.2 million square feet. Ms. Mandrup also effectively managed an investment portfolio of over two million square feet.Ms. Mandrup graduated from California State University Northridge with a B.S. in Business Administration, Real Estate and Finance. She currently lives in Santa Ana with her two sons.
