I am a passionate, strategic, and driven communications professional with more than a decade of experience in internal communications and marketing. The first few years of my career were spent in the B2C world, helping to develop and market organic and allergen-free foods for children. Then I decided to completely switch industries and work for one of the leading aerospace and defense companies to help market self-protection systems for our military. Several years later in my current role, I help connect nearly 15,000 employees worldwide to our company strategy and key initiatives so they stay informed and engaged.During my time at BAE Systems, I have had the opportunity to work in several diverse functions and business areas. These experiences have allowed me to continuously challenge myself while learning more about the business and our talented people every day. Whether through social media, executive visits, or leadership forums, I feel so fortunate to help showcase our incredible employees, as well as the disruptive technology they are developing, to our most senior leaders, our customers, and our communities.
