Impacting positive social change always has, and always will be my motivating factor. My empathetic and inquisitive nature drives me and has allowed me to thrive both personally and professionally, because it ensures I’m always doing something I feel strongly about. My background lies in sociology which has primarily been dominated by my studies - BA majoring in Sociology and Anthropology, BA (honours) in Sociology and PhD (ongoing) in Sociology - and my desire to understand those that are often marginalised and othered in society. I am looking forward to taking my passion for bettering the lives of others, and applying it as a strategic consultant, leveraging my skill sets; namely my critical thinking and research skills, to make a positive impact for marginalised and disadvantaged members of the community.
