I am currently working at Eclipse Legal Systems as a Software Support Consultant. My current role consists of working with Law firms across the UK and also oversees supporting the software that we provide (Proclaim). There are many different ways on clients contact us and also how we contact them, including, telephone, email and fax. I am working on first line support,

I worked here over the Christmas periods to help with the staff at Bensons for Beds. I gained many qualities here such as, face to face customer service and working on my maths as the Sales part of the job was a big part. I worked on the shop floor, ensuring the shop was presentable to customers and helping them out if they had any queries.

I worked at this job for one month as I was needed for a project that had been released to all the banks. I had to answer the phone from different branches and had to identify the problem and also to rectify it if possible. I had advanced IT knowledge and also gained more knowledge based on the different equipment that was used in the branches. I used a system which logged every call I answered.
