Work to build and maintain strong connections between alumnae and current members through planning a variety of events like parents weekend, moms/dads day, and alumni events. Create opportunities for alumni to stay involved through events, networking, and communications. Help members stay connected to the sorority long after graduation, to encourage a sense of community and sisterhood that lasts a lifetime.

Enchance the customer experience by providing exceptional service and showcasing the latest fashion trends. Engage with customers, ensuring they feel valued and connected to the brand. Promote Hollister through effective communication and in-depth product knowledge. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain an appealing store environment.

Greet customers and provide great customer service working the sales floor. Sell products to customers. Execute inventory strategy by receiving, sorting and stocking product to build and maintain in-store presentations.

Held and attended meetings with my club’s GA advisor as well as different teams at my club to brainstorm ideas for fundraisers to raise money for Sacramento United Soccer Club. Attended meetings with the Girls Academy Panel to discuss upcoming showcases and as well as fundraisers for the Girls Academy. Learned how to be collaborative with the other team representatives and helped create a social media account on Instagram specifically for the girls teams for Sacramento United (@sacunitedgirls).

Taught kids how to swim. Worked front desk and would manage any questions the parents had, sold memberships to families, answered the phone, sold merchandise.Learned how to be patient with customers and responsible handling front desk. I was able to improve my communication and customer service skills.
