I completed an MSc in Food Business and Innovation from University College Cork, earning a 2.1, along with a Marketing degree, both of which have equipped me with a strong foundation in consumer behavior and brand storytelling. Currently, I am contributing to Musgrave as part of The Happy Pear Marketing team, where I apply my expertise to drive meaningful campaigns that promote a healthier lifestyle.With a strategic mindset and results-oriented approach, I am enthusiastic about furthering my career in the food industry, bringing fresh ideas and a commitment to excellence. My thesis explored consumer perceptions of vegan foods and developed strategies for how The Happy Pear could effectively introduce more vegan options to non-vegan consumers, identifying key barriers and market opportunities.The skills I’ve developed through both my academic and professional journey have refined my approach to marketing and brand development, and I look forward to applying these insights in future opportunities within the food industry.
