Throughout my tenure at T2:- Reviewed and implemented a Performance Management Platform for our global population- Designed and implemented (in partnership with Talent Acquisition & HR) an Intro to Management & Leadership training program which takes new and seasoned managers through the employee lifecycle.- Worked with individuals and their managers on creating individual development plans and making recommendations for internal and external training opportunities.- Sat on our COVID-19 Response team. Developed Return to Office training programs, leveraged employee sentiment from surveys and health and safety data to make recommendations to leadership. - Coaching for managers on employee relations and performance issues; helping them feel more confident approaching these conversations.- HR Partner for Terminations and Employee Relations- Ran workshops for creating departmental specific qualities (competencies) and assisted in integrating these competencies in our hiring process and performance review templates.

Assists the Senior Manager, Learning & Development in development and implementation of training initiatives, compliance, development plans, and curating and maintaining the vendor contact list. Also over sees the Learning & Development mailbox to answer all inquiries from employees. Assist and provide support to managers during the onboarding process.Sign up and track all participation in third party training and coaching initiatives. Conduct survey of needs among the company and respond to requests as appropriate. Works closely with the HR team to help improve and expand our program as needed.

Assists with all departments within HR (Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.) on any projects that need additional help. I work closely with the HR Coordinator to assist in on-boarding and processing new hires in the Mentor and Workday systems. Also help in the organization of all paper files (alphabetizing, pulling and filing terminated employees, etc). Responsible for processing all employment verification and unemployment claims, assisted in processing background checks and uploading documents to our online system.

I assisted the Vice President of Marketing and Sales and the Director of Finance and Business Affairs in day to day administrative work. This includes managing their calendars, corresponding with clients via phone and e-mail to arrange meetings, answering phones, taking messages and, booking travel both nationally and abroad.

I was in charge of managing and planning Birthday Parties in association with the Gazillion Bubble Show at New World Stages. This included planning the party with the client, staffing the parties, ordering and tracking inventory and, at times, working the parties themselves. I also answered the events phone line and answered questions regarding space rental and events and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
