About Emily Mccarthy

Collectively I have managed projects and programs for over 23 years, managed people for over 22 years, and developed business for over 17 years. I have worked on and managed geographically distributed teams throughout much of my career and have extensive organizational change management experience. I have also overseen or played key roles in multiple technology implementations including Handshake, uConnect, Salesforce, PeopleSoft, Coursera and others. In 2023 I was fortunate to be selected as an Economic Opportunity Fellow in the Southern Arizona Workforce Leadership Academy and completed a 9-month fellowship. I am a strengths-based manager and developer of people.
