I am responsible for managing a unique and exciting staffing solution exclusively offered through Robert Half. I work with the best of the best accounting and finance professionals who are seeking an ever changing role that will allow them to build upon their skillset, be challenged with new projects, and serve as consultants for our clients' various project, contract, and interim needs. Robert Half's Salaried Financial Professionals are our “Zero Turnover Option”. They are employed full-time by Robert Half and work for us on a project-to-project basis. Because this is their full-time job, they are not looking for other opportunities and can extend as long as you need them. Our Salaried Professionals are a valuable asset to our clients, allowing them to avoid costly turnover and training issues. Similar to Loan Staff, our Salaried Financial Professionals are not Temporaries but are employed full-time by Robert Half and work for us on a project-to-project basis. Because this is their full-time job, they are not looking for other opportunities and can extend as long as you need them. Learn It, Do It, Train It - Our Salaried Professionals are ideal for interim coverage, whether for an open position or covering a leave of absence. They can quickly learn the functions of the role, perform those responsibilities while the position remains open, and then ensure an efficient transfer of knowledge and ultimately guarantee the success of your new or returning employee. On-Going Support – Our Salaried Professionals are also uniquely suited for special projects. They are able to quickly learn the scope of an engagement and achieve set goals and deadlines, without risk of losing them and having to start over with a new resource. Many of our clients will continue to utilize our Salaried Professionals for multiple projects or on a recurring basis once they have established a strong internal knowledge of their systems and procedures.
