Responsible for heavy & complex calendar management in different time zones and countries. I coordinate all domestic and international travel for the CEO including flights, hotel reservations, meetings, and expenses. I am constantly managing the CEO’s inbox, responding to emails and time sensitive action items, while also keep an AI track list that I send out every day. I take care of all legal documents related to the CEO, as well tracking/managing any payments made to the company.I am responsible for being the middle man of any phone calls that go to him, and am initially the gatekeeper to the CEO by screening phone calls and keeping track of urgent/time sensitive tasks. I also coordinate/assist in employee events and team outings. Aside from this, I handle personal responsibilities of his ranging from doctors appointments, personal travel, and vehicle maintenance.
