Emily has held general management, strategy, practice quality and evaluation roles. Emily has extensive skills in developing innovative programs and models of service that span the spectrum of service delivery from primary prevention to more targeted specialist programs. This program has also received promising evidence base by Australian Institute of Family Studies.• Providing evidence at the Parliamentary Inquiry into a Better Family Law System to Support and Protect those affected by Family Violence , Canberra August 2017.• Recognition and a recommendation made by the Family Law Council in their 2016 report to the Attorney General "Families with Complex Needs and the Intersection of the Family Law and Child Protection System" to adopt a whole of family model for families affected by family violence that I developed and evaluated alongside RAV's state funded Men's Behaviour Change Services.
