A clinical project management role leading the implementation of Orygen's new demonstration Integrated Service Hub at Parkville. The role included contributing to the model development in addition to operational, clinical supervision and clinical services delivered on the Parkville Hub.

In my position as Manager, Implementation and Practice at the Centre for Excellence in Child and Family Welfare, I had the opportunity to consolidate my experience through immersion in Implementation Science literature and research. In this role, I developed a range of Products for OPEN (Outcomes, Practice and Evidence Network) including an Implementation Framework, based on significant operational and clinical experience, in addition to up to date literature and research. I also lead a project reviewing the evidence and outcomes of both implementation and impact of the Evidence Based Program trial in Victoria for the Roadmap for Reform, among other projects.

In 2018, at Kids First Australia, I designed and implemented a whole of organisational operating model of integrated practice that provides children and families with a tailored, responsive and person centred service. The model, based on progressive universalism, has been showcased on the OPEN portal with the Centre for Excellence in Child and Family Welfare, in addition to the Child and Family Reform team with the Department of Health and Human Services as a model that adopts innovation for early help. https://www.outcomes.org.au/casestudy/kids-first-creating-an-evidence-informed-client-centred-service/. The role also held oversight of all 8 operational areas for Client Services, with 8-10 direct reports, including all program development, contract management and stakeholder engagement and networks for a wide range of services. In 2018, I played a major role, as one of the key partners involved in the implementation of one of Victoria's first Support and Safety Hubs.

In my role as General Manager of the Practice, Quality and Evaluation team at Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV), I held clinical governance responsibility for therapeutic, family violence, men’s behavior change, and dispute resolution services across 14 centres in Victoria. Key achievements include:• Leading of team of 8 direct reports to ensure that RAV’s policy, practice and model of service was reflected in up to date knowledge of current research, legislation, funding initiatives and sector developments.• Leading and project managing a number of organisational strategies, including the child and family, family violence and mental health strategy.1. The design of the clinical service model for reclaim, Royal Commission into institutionalised sexual abuse support service; 2. Designing and leading implementation of the Early Matters program, an early intervention service for children and parents at key risk transition points; 3. Writing, designing a website for young people affected by family violence, mental health and complex family law difficulties. http://connectedspace.com.au/4. A whole school approach mental health promotion and family violence prevention program delivered in primary and secondary schools, "I like, like you". This program has also received promising evidence base by Australian Institute of Family Studies.• Providing evidence at the Parliamentary Inquiry into a Better Family Law System to Support and Protect those affected by Family Violence , Canberra August 2017.• Recognition and a recommendation made by the Family Law Council in their 2016 report to the Attorney General "Families with Complex Needs and the Intersection of the Family Law and Child Protection System" to adopt a whole of family model for families affected by family violence that I developed and evaluated alongside RAV's state funded Men's Behaviour Change Services.

Over a nine year period, I maintained a part-time private practice as a Mental Health Social Worker undertaking medicare mental health services for individuals, couples and families in Hawthorn (Peter and Ruth Dunn), with Storylines consulting (with Karen Story) in Ivanhoe.
