Plaintiff’s personal injury law (motor vehicle and premises) with responsibility for all discovery, including, but not limited to, preparing responses to demands for discovery and inspection and verified bill particulars (researching particular violations of statutes, rules, and regulations applicable to the facts therein) and drafting plaintiff’s requests for same; drafting summonses, complaints, various stipulations (e.g., extending time to answer), affidavits, affirmations, and letters of good faith; preparing HIPAAs and other authorizations to release plaintiff’s records, reports, non-privileged legal files from other suits, workers’ compensation and no-fault claims; delegate requests for medical records and responsibility to follow-up for same; communication with opposing counsel and substantial client communication.

Asset control and transfers, and expense reports related thereto. Liaison between labor and management. Excel spread sheets for fuel usage and dump tickets. Snow removal: detailed accounting of operators' time and movements and equipment utilized.

Administrative, Managerial, Legal, and Personal Assistant. Responsibilities included: accounts payable; accounts receivable; worker comp., disability, and unemployment claims; car and truck registrations and permits, including divisible load and special hauling; arranged for purchase and rental of parts and equipment (e.g., backhoes, bobcats, milling machines, and sweepers), including financing and insurance certs; legal liason, including settlement and drafting releases for property damage and prevailing wage claims; remittance for benefits for a multitude of unions; dispatcher duties for setting up job sites, including markouts, notices, fuel delivery for equipment on-site, tow arrangements, asphalt pick-up, and dumping

• Assisted in all aspects of commercial litigation for major corporate clients• Researched, drafted, proofread, and edited briefs filed in support of various motions (including procedural and substantive issues)• Preparation of papers filed for default judgments and the execution thereof• Preparation of papers filed on behalf of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings• Attendance at several hearings in landlord-tenant court (including research and preparation of motion papers in summary proceedings)• Analysis of complaints in product liability claims• Preparation of schedules of privileged documents• Extensive document review in and for discovery procedures.
