I managed a nutrition and wellness company in Manchester, it had a personal fitness Centre, counselling as well as nutrition and sports massage.

As Office Manager for Hope Rehab treatment centre, I had to manage and supervise all staff, organise rotas and manage logistics for clients. I conducted the process from assessment to reintegration, ensuring that all clients received the best and safest treatment possible. Hope Rehab delivered detox as well as rehabilitation, so it was under my remit to deliver detox safely, and manage visits to the doctor, and maintain all mental health records. Hope’s program was based on the Minnesota model (12 step) and was heavily reliant on CBT. Delivering these groups and which gave each individual awareness around their addiction was a very good experience and was extremely effective. I saw many clients stay with us for 28 days and sustain abstinence after returning home. We also delivered relapse prevention workshops, along with an aftercare package, and offered connection to mutual aid groups within their areas.

Chevington Finance is a Leasing firm that provides a variety of financial products for small businesses. In this role I was responsible for the day-to-day running of the office. I regularly used database systems and am familiar with all Office packages and many software programs, including Sage, Oracle and Sentinel. I was an adept report writer, proof-reader, editor and negotiator of complex financial and legal matters. I reported to two directors and planned and executed events, including conferences, committee meetings and press releases. I represented the company in county court and therefore have the ability to deliver in a court room and am able to prepare fully and articulate clearly and succinctly.
