I work as part of the front desk team in the well-known Abbey Court Hostel in the heart of Dublin city center. My responsibilties include: managing opening and closing balances of the front desk tills to ensure all necessary payments are recieved and processed appropriately; effectively managing new and exisiting reservations to optimize and improve the revenue of the company where possible; and ensuring that all guests of the hotel are satisfied with the quality of service and are provided with all the things they need to enjoy their time at the Abbey Court.
