HR professional with 13 years of experience in multiple disciplines including HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, employee development and training, career planning and development, ATS administration, strategic planning, and process improvement design and implementation. I have an undergraduate degree in healthcare administration, and a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus in healthcare management and human resources.I started my career working in HR reception, learning a broad scope of topics and providing customer service to employees, managers and applicants. I moved on to an Analyst position working with workers compensation, benefits and employee relations. While working on my Master's degree I moved into my current role as an Employment Specialist. During this time I have recruited for entry level, professional, clinical and management level positions. I also implemented and administer our applicant tracking system, worked on the team that designed and implemented a peer interview process for my organization, and am in my third year acting as a coach and facilitator for a "School at Work" program, assisting entry-level employees in gaining the skill they need to reach their educational and career goals.
