Department of Health, COVID Testing UnitAssist with writing grants and contracts and evaluating potential vendors to partner with to expand testing efforts in Pennsylvania Responsible for oversight and guidance for testing vendors and contractors across the state for compliance with state and federal regulations and policy Provide technical assistance to vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders as to most up to date CDC and Pennsylvania testing guidance and strategy Responsible for generating and evaluating reports through multiple database systems to provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates on testing efforts across the Commonwealth for dissemination to both DOH staff, CDC, and the PA Legislature Conduct calls with vendors and external stakeholders to ensure testing efforts are reaching targeted vulnerable populations and ensure compliance with grant/contract requirements Engage in meetings with other states to determine best practices based on shared data and share ideas with Pennsylvania's COVID Response to better serve Pennsylvanian's in the constantly changing pandemic response Evaluate, review, and pay invoices through the Commonwealth invoicing systemsEvaluate requests for testing supplies and determine allocation based on Pennsylvania's current prioritization strategies

Department of Human Services, Bureau of Employment ProgramsProvide on-site technical assistance to the Employment Advancement and Retention Network (EARN) and Work Ready employment training programs throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.Provide guidance to employment programs on an individual basis in the form of answering questions by phone or email regarding implementation and interpretation of State and Federal Policy and Regulations.Monitor and review programs for compliance with policy and procedures regarding program requirements, time and attendance, client activities and building regulations.
