Regularly meet with account manager and team to discuss our progress and develop strategies for reaching all goals. Actively network with various clubs, organizations, and Greek life groups to promote custom apparel tailored to their needs. Work closely with these organizations to design unique apparel, while negotiating with the company to provide individualized prices that are affordable for everyone.

Assist in customer service at front desk by answering any questions or concerns patrons may have, and ensuring that each patron is eligible to use the facility upon swiping in. Enforce SRC (Student Rec Center) rules and policies. Maintain cleanliness of fitness zones and equipment by following a detailed task list, as well as monitoring fitness zones for proper usage of equipment, ensuring the safety of all patrons.

Greet guests in a welcoming, positive and energetic way. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu and food allergies, and accurately take orders. Serve guests drinks, food, and dessert in a timely manner, and check in with the table periodically to cater to anything the guests may need. Frequently problem solve and adapt when things change, to ensure a smooth visit for all, encouraging customers to return. Responsibly process payments and handle money. Manage time and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Led a group of 20+ campers each week, ranging from grades K-8th. Organized numerous engaging games, activities, sports, and arts and crafts. Treated injuries and facilitated conflict among campers. Met with Parks & Recreation director, camp supervisors, other counselors and CIT's (counselors in training), to discuss our strengths and weaknesses, as well as brainstorm activities for the upcoming week.

Crafted a variety of custom beverages, while working with other baristas to efficiently get customers their completed orders.
