Involved in the implementation and operationalisation of a $300M strategic cloud program to support transforming Telstra’s network from a static, element-based architecture to a multi-tenanted wide compute fabric powered by SDN and NFV.

Focal point and owner of the regional support entitlement registration program. Manage and improve regional process by introducing business controls, developing dashboards, and driving process improvement initiatives with an aim to improve process efficiency, minimise revenue leakage and customer satisfaction issues; ensuring on-going team effectiveness by implementing quarterly team reviews and streamlining processes. Act as the region project lead supporting several World Wide lead projects, ensuring successful deployment/implementation of projects across Asia Pacific & Japan.
