I have been at Hu Hot for about 3 months now and am still currently there. It is definitely different from my past job but I love it. Being one of the only bilingual workers there, I am often put with tables who only speak Spanish so they can get an equally amazing experience. I have also learned to work in very fast pace. I have had to serve up to 9 tables at a time making sure they are all well and taken care of. You have to move quick and have a good memory to make sure nobody goes home unsatisfied. I'm still quite new and am eager to learn more that I have not yet been taught.

I have been at Dr.Valantines office since January and I have been loving it! Right away, not only did they allow me to watch them but they also allowed me to do some hands on experience. I have learned how to clean their tools, set up the room for patients and I have also had the opportunity to assist Dr. Valantine with a few patients. I still have a lot to learn but I am excited to be here and continue to learn as I go.

Working at Viva Chicken was a great experience for me. It taught me to work with several people at once and help each other out as well. I learned every position there and even managed to coach new employers and help them learn new positions as well. Usually I worked 10 hour days on the weekends and managed to do so with a smile on my face with every customer. Having patience and being able to have good connections with my employees as well as my managers was something that I found very important to keep a healthy workspace.
