Earlier this year, I took over a baby-toddler group in Stockbridge – previously Wooden Toys. This has meant taking on a great deal of responsibility, with being in charge of the accounts and management of the weekly sessions. This has not only assisted with my organisational skill greatly, and communication skill through conversing with both children and parents but also developed new skills such as marketing and management. Having to juggle this responsibility with my part time nannying job as well as my university work, I have had to ensure that my ability to manage my time effectively has improved majorly
