Called upon prior experience & passion for space, design, trauma services & operations to assume leadership of global real estate projects, space planning, office operations, and explosion of NYC office (200+ in <18 months, including interns).Projects of note: -Remodel & refresh of 30k+ SF of space in <4 months during intern season, utilizing Dream Hotel rooms as a satellite office (removed bedding and replaced with legit office);-Efficient office planning & runway revision resulted in ability to shed previously acquired 99K SF of space prior to construction, saving well over $20m immediately and exponentially more long term;-Designed, hired, and lead 1st iteration of the Office Operations and Workplace Strategy teams.
