Oversee a team of 10 that reviews monitored phone calls for compliance risk and determines the appropriate way to address and mitigate the risk to the students, company and employee. Work closely with members of the Legal, Human Resources, Registrar, Admissions, Student Services and Finance departments to ensure that the level of risk is correctly addressed and communicated. Work regularly as a liaison between these departments to identify areas of opportunity for the employee population. Facilitate the weekly cross-functional Issue Resolution Committee meeting to continually review and assess compliance risk. Drive team to deliver timely corrective action documents to minimize risk to the organization and Universities.

Oversee the completion of 3400 Admissions Counselor reviews and 120 Admission Manager reviews annually, oversee the verification of 7000+ student enrollments per month, partner with HR and Legal departments to deliver the company’s compensation plans in compliance with federal, state and company regulations, work with internal and external council on resolving issues, work to develop new plans, competencies and goals for both Ashford University and University of the Rockies, developed formal appeal process and refined existing processes to promote accuracy of the performance review system. Transitioned team to work on addressing compliance issues and helping the Admissions leadership address these issue with their staff.

Completed the verification of 1000 EA reviews, Verified 7000+ student enrollments per month, developed formal policy guide, developed Admissions Counselor and Admission Manager compensation training, delivered training to 50 Admissions Counselor groups and 10 Admission Manager groups.
