    At Norfolk Southern, I've had the pleasure of creating the company's first paid media content and advertising strategy. Working closely with VP-level executives and above, I've had the ability to build additional paid strategies that align with and drive our business objectives. Leading our reputation recovery effort, known as the "The 90 Day Plan," I managed a team of fifty-five, across five agencies, and project managed more than twelve major projects.     Being so closely involved with a major sports team was very exciting, and I enjoyed the challenge of brainstorming ideas for new special events.
