As an Onboarding Specialist at the United States Air Force (USAF) since October 2022, I am responsible for facilitating the orientation and integration of new hires into the organization. I coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process, and I provide training and support to the new employees on policies, procedures, and systems. I also leverage my computer literacy and human resources skills to maintain and update the records and databases of the personnel. Prior, I worked as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician for four and a half years, where I performed inspections, repairs, and modifications on various aircraft systems and components. I also have a passion for tattoo artistry, and I have been a freelance Permanent Makeup Artist since July 2022, where I apply cosmetic tattoos to clients' eyebrows, eyelids, and lips. I have obtained multiple certifications in bloodborne pathogens, first aid, and tactical combat casualty care, which demonstrate my commitment to safety and hygiene standards. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Social Psychology from UC Irvine, where I developed an interest in the social and behavioral aspects of crime and justice. I am a motivated and adaptable professional who enjoys learning new skills and working in diverse and dynamic environments. My goal is to contribute to the mission and vision of the USAF, and to help others achieve their personal and professional goals.
