As an education consultant with over 7 years of experience in the field, I am passionate about supporting the development of the next generation of teachers. I specialise in recruiting trainee teachers, helping them to gain the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the classroom.I also have a track record of successfully placing trainees in schools, and I am always looking for new partnerships and opportunities to help grow the next generation of educators!In addition to my role as an education consultant, I am also currently the head of recruitment and training at my organisation. In this role, I am responsible for leading and managing the recruitment and onboarding of new Education Consultants. This includes overseeing the recruitment process, developing and implementing training, and providing ongoing support and guidance to our team of talented consultants.
