During my time at Layer Systems, I've worked in customer success, project delivery and even product and testing so I have a great knowledge of all areas of the business and have had the pleasure of working with lots of different ICT companies. I’m now here to understand new business' goals, challenges and to provide them with an understanding of the Layer’s capabilities and how it can deliver dramatic transformation for your business.

My current responsibilities include• Managing customer on boarding projects, working with various stakeholders to deliver the best possible solution• Scoping of new development features based on customer needs • Working closely with a development team to deliver these new features • Analyse businesses existing processes and mapping them to our CRM system• Build relationships with customers, both through new projects and existing customer management

My responsibilities include• Building rapport with customers including new members to make them feel more comfortable.• Being a trusted member of staff - I cash up tills and lock up premises on a regular basis. • Liaising with kitchen staff to make sure orders placed at the bar are received, serving food over busy periods; multitasking is essential.• Having to be flexible in order to work shifts at short notice.

My responsibilities included• Tutoring in Maths at various levels. I currently have 4 students. • Confident in my abilities in order to help the student achieve their desired grade.• Organization is key as I schedule all times and locations for students, often having more than one tutoring session in a day at different levels.• Fast and good adaptation to change required when the new National 5 qualification was introduced.

My responsibilities included• Casting and reviewing multiple accounts. • Working as part of a team to help complete audits for various clients.
