I developed and implemented processes and procedures to monitor contracts for operations including a custodial contract with $8.9 million dollars that maintains 65% of OSU’s campus.I assisted in the development of new inspections process that brought custodial acceptance scores from 83% to 94%.I work on operational projects, such as the Zero Waste Initiative on campus that will save the university over $500,000 and thousands of tons of waste per year.
