I used to look after the VIP clients for this super club. Its capacity was roughly 4000 so as can imagine it was intense but I thrived. I sold tables for the venue at a very high price and made sure the service of concierge was at its highest standard from start to finish. I was also partially on reception so I was first point of call for any other colleagues or for customer care.

I was a hostess & image model for this venue. This included shows, promotional videos, promotional campaigns on social media and modelling their merchandise. I also arranged for artist accommodation & security. Secondary to this I ran the VIP area and had 2 hostesses working for me.

I was the head barmaid at this venue it was quite different to any place I had worked before this really helped me learn it was important to get to know each customer and build a repour with them so they returned repeatedly.
