Answer multiple phone lines, obtain complex information and coordinate drivers and units in multiple markets including police and civilian calls. Call various companies to obtain purchase orders, reference numbers and payment methods. Responsible for a fleet of vehicles and 15+employees across multiple cities in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Worked in large firearms dealer and indoor range.  Responsible for state and federal background checks, sales of firearms, range safety, delegating tasks to other employees, routine cleaning of store and range, nightly closing procedure of sales registers, scheduling, accounts payable/accounts receivable, .  Also responsible for “Ladies Night” weekly; assisting with safe handling and comfort of firearm use for inexperienced females in the range.
