Prior to my current position at Rodda, I was a Service and Engagement Team Lead at Target, I oversaw the operations and performance of the front-end team, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience across multiple channels. I was in this role for eight months, after working as a Style Team Member at Target for 1.5 years, where I helped customers find and purchase products that matched their style and preferences. Before joining Target, I was a Supervisor at Casper, a leading mattress company, for two years, where I helped managed the inventory, merchandising, and sales of the store. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental & Natural Resource Sociology from Oregon State University, and I have a previous education in Sociology from Southern Oregon University. I have developed skills in attention to detail, omni-channel marketing, and communication, and I am passionate about providing excellent service and engagement to customers and team members alike. I am also interested in learning more about the horticulture and natural resource industry and how it can contribute to sustainability and wellness. My goal is to grow my career in the administrative sector and apply my knowledge and skills to create positive impacts for the customers, the company, and the environment.
