• Provision of internal and external software asset management• Managing and maintaining asset registers and licensing agreements• Responsible for ensuring that the yearly budget is adhered to and managing cost reduction• Responsible for communicating new software releases, licence compliance and new processes• Offering advice and support to employees, the outsourced IT team and suppliers• Generating various software asset reports for the Finance Manager
