Founded in 1991 by James Houghton, Signature makes an extended commitment to the playwright’s body of work and during this journey, the writer is engaged in every aspect of the creative process. Signature is the first theatre company to devote an entire season to the work of a single playwright, including re-examinations of past writings as well as New York and world premieres. Acorn is an award winning independent development and Investment Company that has successfully created a range of refurbished and new-build schemes for the residential and commercial sectors since its establishment in 1995. The common threads throughout Acorn are a desire to keep ahead of the market, to solve today’s property problems with its unique skills and flexibility.Based in London, I joined Acorn in 2006. My role was to manage both residential and commercial marketing of each development from site acquisition through to completion. The marketing of a development is paramount to its success and I am accomplished in establishing a development's identity, development branding, identifying the target audience and production of all marketing material. Through my knowledge and understanding of the property markets, I ensured each development was marketed to its full potential, creating successful sales of the end product.My role included:• Manage both residential and commercial marketing of each development from site acquisition through to completion • Responsible for overall marketing of the Acorn Group. Spearhead production of in-house marketing literature, liaise with external marketing agencies for development brochure production, web design and both national and local PR• Develop and implement marketing campaigns for all events and company initiatives• Establish a development's identity, branding, identify target audience and production of all marketing material• Strategically cultivate company press releases and liaise with leading industry magazines for inclusion in both print & online publications• Proof reading and final signoff of all marketing material, online & national advertisements

My responsibilities included:• Management and setup of purchaser sales files• Management and sales analysis of data excel spread sheets for each live development• Developed strong customer service and communication skills while answering sales calls and responding to questions from buyers• Head up sales progression & liaison with Solicitors and Estate Agents• Design and production of all in-house marketing material using QuarkXPress 10• Create all marketing graphics, brochures, and printed posters for events, online presentations and office promotions

Through The Window Theatre is an exciting theatre company providing a platform to emerging talent for exciting new writing of both straight plays and musicals. TTWT successfully launched two new musicals to critical acclaim at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2005 & 2007, staged an adaptation of Emily Bronte’s Jayne Eyre at the 2009 London Fringe Festival. • Oversee and organise all fundraising events for each new project• Sourcing venues and rehearsal space• Production of all marketing material including posters, flyers, tickets & social media portals• Website content management• Developed new client relationships through production and distribution of e-newsletters to the company database using Mail Chimp
