Perform functions that are associated with this including tracking grievances, gathering all relevant information for grievances, note taking at grievance step meetings and sending grievance responses to the Union. Additional research when required for arbitration.• Advise Management in all areas of the Collective Bargaining Agreement and legislation.• Create a good and respected relationship with employees, members of management and the Union.
