Level 2 Engineer
Current- Provide remote monitoring and management (RMM) service as well as superb technical expertise to remediate system and network issues for hundreds of clients, both locally and around the world.
- Perform networking and data center infrastructure activities for a variety of clients
- Interact with customers daily and provide top-notch customer service
- Monitor client networks by utilizing AVG Managed Workplace
- Keep clients updated regarding issues using ZenDesk ticketing system
- Work on escalated tickets from the Level 1 team, providing clients with updates as they become available
