I spent the first decade of my career working in data analytics - partnering with business teams, performing analysis, and delivering insights to help them make decisions. I now work towards enabling those former partners to take on their own analysis projects and ensure data is present in every decision made. Analytics product management is a fantastic beast, a challenge every day, as the world of Big Data becomes the norm. How to transform, aggregate, and distill this data into business insights is an art, and setting people up for success through scalable tooling is fundamental.
