I have worked within the dental industry for 19 years, helping people makes me happy. I am good at managing my team and helping them to continue to develop. I can organise my duties, I’m great with dealing with people on the phone, making appointments, taking payments, scanning medical records. In surgery I am very organised, everything has its place to make sure my clinic runs smoothly. GDPR is of upmost importance, and I love to continue to improve myself and my skills. My lead as Infection prevention control is very important to me, cross infection has also been one of my key points and now more so then ever, everything is done to a high standard. I have extended skills, I have completed my oral health education and impression taking certificates. I have also done a vein train course, although I have not being able to use this in practice as it’s not something we do. I am open to different lines of work, I love helping people and would like to stay within a health care role but am very open to options. Taking dna samples really interests me so I feel this could be something I may like to progress. I feel I am a very caring person.
