EQUI-KIDS Therapeutic Riding Program provides equine-assisted services to youth and adults with special abilities, active duty and Veteran military service members, and first responders. Through a variety of programs and services, EQUI-KIDS utilizes the power of horses to promote physical, mental, cognitive, social, and emotional well-being. Implemented all fundraising and development initiatives; including special events, individual giving, major gift cultivation, donor stewardship and cultivation, campaign development and management, and marketing/social media plans to support an operational budget of $1.4million.

It is the mission of the Virginia Beach Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (VBSPCA) to create a more humane and responsible community by eliminating animal suffering while increasing human compassion.Served as liaison to the Board of Directors, senior member of the Executive Leadership Team and head of the Development Department to lead a comprehensive, multi-channel fundraising strategy for the VBSPCA.
