Designing bespoke lift packages (lift cars, slings, car top barriers, doors, entrances, architraves, landing stations, etc) in SOLIDWORKS, ready for manufacture.Adding in free issue components to landing stations and COP's.Working out the total cost of jobs including materials and labour for invoicing.

Completed voluntary work experience within the Product Design field before the final year at university. Worked on designing some concepts, through to the refinement stage, of parts of a 48/96 sheet billboard to go into production, creating sketches, choosing suitable materials, and designing the products on Solidworks. Created simple GA drawing files to send for laser cutting.Also, improved the visual design of the existing test chamber in the show room which was being used to test a new prototype.

Every One. Every Day., is a charity organisation that works with residents in the Barking and Dagenham areas to allow them to bring their ideas to life through the ‘Design, Make, Sell’ programme. Working alongside fellow Uni classmates, we created a teaching aid which would enable residents to follow the design process when creating a new product.Whilst completing this project, I also:- Took part in their Design-A-Thon: Residents who wanted to create something new but not know how, could talk with designers to see what the best way forward would be.- Participated in the opening of their new warehouse in Barking, where residents came along to see what equipment was available to them. I was specifically allocated in the 3D printing/ laser cutting area, giving live examples.
