As the coffee roaster for Silver Falls Coffee Co., I am responsible for roasting blends of coffee to meet our standards and customer exceptions. On the average day, I roast up to 600lbs of artisan coffee. In addition to roasting, I also work to bag coffee, hand stamp our packaging, and rotate inventory. As the merchandiser and delivery driver for Silver Falls Coffee Co., I was responsible for accurately delivering of our products, managing in-store inventories, interacting with customers and store representatives in a professional and helpful manner, and maintaining the quality and appearance of our products on the shelves. I also constructed seasonal product displays, create invoices, and help maintain the delivery vehicle. As the merchandise designer, I create graphics for use in our products, especially our seasonal coffee mugs. In this role, I work within the company's brand guidelines to design products that engage our customers and help them express their excitement and loyalty for Silver Falls Coffee Co.
