Welcome residents and visitors in a timely and polite manner.Assist students, parents, University personnel, and other guests.Make referrals to appropriate resources when necessary.Enforce FGCU and Housing policies and procedures. Document violations and submit reports when necessary.Perform assigned clerical duties, process mail and packages in a timely and orderly fashion in accordance with the guidelines established by the Program Assistant or Office Manager.Maintain confidentiality as it relates to student records, incidents, and resident interactions. Communicate necessary information to Program Assistant/Office Manager and/or Resident Director/Residence Life Coordinator.
