Assisting the general manager of the downtown Nashville location of Café Intermezzo, my main duties include assisting in putting together the weekly schedule, liquor orders, employee development, opening and closing of the restaurant. I also developed new ideas for the food and beverage menus and future business developments, presenting these ideas to the general manager and owners of the restaurant. I was part of the waitstaff team at La Cloche Kaiwharawhara in Wellington, NZ. I worked within the café during the COVID-19 pandemic where NZ had a tier system, I worked during level 1 and level 2. Both levels made the job very different, my job role included: table service, till management, preparation of pastries, beverages and savory items. I was also part of the regional dinner team which happened once a month and was classed as ‘casual fine-dining', I provided table and wine service and ensuring the resetting of the table between every course.

I was part of the on-call event staff for the Wellington Area, which included working at a number of prestigious venues, such as Te Papa Museum, The Sky Stadium, Wellington Zoo and The Boathouse in Wellington Harbour. My duties as a team leader at The Sky Stadium, included managing both front of house staff and kitchen staff on a food stall which equated to around 13-15 staff. I was in charge of managing the set-up of the stall, the opening and ensuring all staff were ready to work and know what they needed to do, with a smile.

-Working within a 4-star Sea Pines Resort on Hilton Head Island as a Food and Beverage Supervisor within the busy Quarterdeck Waterfront Dining Restaurant, located within the heart of Harbour Town.-My duties would include supervising my team on shift, helping with the smooth running of the restaurant and ensuring all guests dining with us were given the service they deserved with the Quarterdeck Waterfront Dining team working together in achieving that goal.-I would help write the schedule for all the front of house staff in the restaurant-Order food and beverage as well as dry storage items-Fill a server, server assistant, food runner, ice-cream scooper and hostess role if needed to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant-Manage the Cups and Cones Ice Cream store located beside the Quarterdeck Waterfront Dining restaurant-Help develop a food and beverage review tracking system to show growth and improvement

- I worked on the checkout at Sainsbury's, I thoroughly enjoyed meeting and greeting customers and also making sure they have had a great shopping experience.- During my time at Sainsbury’s I was often praised on my customer service, I had regular customers that came to my till- I was involved with the fundraising at the store I worked at, which included dressing up on the checkouts
