• Managing of 5 Controllers and one Analyst. • Cash collections, monthly and Quarterly targets circa $ 45mil quarterly. • Maximising cash collections working closely with customers and the business. • Managing Credit Risk. With both of my teams I conduct bi-weekly 1:1’s, regular team meetings and also manage appraisals and goal setting on a yearly basis, whilst producing and managing Monthly KPI’s both internally and globally.
