Emily Potts earned her Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Wake Forest University, graduating Cum Laude and with Honors in Health & Exercise Science in May 2022. She is now a "Double Deac," graduating with a second degree from Wake Forest University in May 2023, while maintaining a 4.0 GPA, earning a Master of Science in Biomedical Science from the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences. Emily went on to gain further clinical experience, working full-time from June 2023 to September 2024 directly with a primary care provider as Lead Clinical Informatics Specialist at Oak Street Health. She has recently accepted a position as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist. Emily will also continue to work part-time as a Recruiting Assistant for Wake Forest Football. She is looking forward to continuing to develop her skills to become a more well-rounded person, medical school applicant, and future physician with a long-term goal of a career in Sports Medicine.
