I redesigned critical pages and elements of the Blue Moon Estate Sales website through user experience strategy and design while expanding my UI skillset. I educated my partners on the value of user-centered design and created a style guide for future stakeholders.

From Designation, I have expanded my knowledge of user-centered design through a 24-week long immersive bootcamp in which I created both web and mobile applications. By conducting domain research and competitive analyses I was able to create and implement dynamic strategies to uncover and solve for user problems. I conducted user tests and synthesized research to create deliverables including personas, problem statements, design principles, and journey maps which guided my divergent concept creation, wireframes, and prototypes. I also gained experience in presenting these findings to clients.N-Vest Africa is a startup focusing on connecting skilled volunteers with organizations in Africa to educate people in need of skills to initiate a sustainable long-term impact. My team focused on user engagement and a simplified onboarding process to facilitate volunteer participation.Anonymous Health is a startup focused on providing users with a preventative cancer care platform throughout their care journey. We set out to uncover areas for improvement within the current platform. My team redesigned critical parts of the site and created a roadmap of future improvements. I managed a pipeline of clients comprised of small business owners. I consulted, educated, and strategized, with my clients to successfully sell them Yelp advertising programs tailored to their business needs through a high volume of sales calls. Through this role, I became an expert in Yelp’s advertising solutions and managed client relations using Salesforce.

At Uline, I worked on the Executive Operations Team where I analyzed business functions using Microsoft Access and Excel across various departments including Merchandising, Creative, Transportation, and IT. I also conducted competitive analyses to successfully advocate for new product offerings. To present my ideas and findings I developed my ability to create concise professional correspondence.

Mission PR is a small public relations firm in Dublin. Mission has a wide variety of clients in the music, entertainment, art, and retail industries. I conducted client media audits and competitive analyses. I engaged with clients by creating media guides, press releases, and plans for future content and platform improvements.

I remotely read new scripts and recommended them to move forward as projects. I learned how to anticipate industry trends and summarize large amounts of data in a concise format.

I developed a customer-centric approach to business situations. I worked as a reservationist and ticket seller until I was promoted to conducting guided tours of Geneva Lake and assisting with corporate and other events as a bartender and crew member.
