Booster is an elementary school fundraising company on a mission to change the world. Home to game-changing offerings like Boosterthon and Booster Spirit Wear, we're reinventing the fundraising industry. And we're just getting started.As the Senior Human Resources Analyst, I continue to function as the Compensation Partner, Benefits Partner, Workday Administrator, and People Data Analyst for Booster. In addition to the description as the HR Analyst, I have taken on leadership of our People Operations Team and have implemented the Learning Module for Workday.

As the HR Analyst, I focused on compensation and benefits. I lead the strategy and execution of merit increases, researched fair market compensation, created offer letters, and ensured consistency in compensation. I was responsible for ensuring Open Enrollment was ready and executed successfully, maintain relationships with benefit brokers, help in determining costs, generate and audit 1095-C submissions, and act as the go to person for benefit questions from employees. In my time as the HR Analyst, I with a small team, successfully implemented Workday in a 6 month timeframe. The Workday functions implemented were HCM, Core Compensation, Benefits, Time & Absence, Recruiting, Payroll, and Integrations. After the implementation, I added Workday Administrator to my job functions and was responsible for training, adoption, and updates.

As the HR Generalist, I supported 9 different managers across the North East region on talent acquisition, candidate management, employee relations, and business strategy.

As the Marketing Specialist, I was responsible for strategizing and generating sales leads for our sales team. I organized and executed networking luncheons, cold called schools, built email campaigns, and connected with key decision makers to generate leads producing more than $500,000 in company revenue.

As the Program Assistant, my role was to support fundraising campaigns on Elementary School campuses all over Virginia and Maryland. I worked closely with the Program Leader responsible for creating the experience on campus. We created a high energy environment that taught students about Fitness, Leadership, and Character all while helping schools with their most profitable fundraising program.

I graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Health Sciences concentrated in Health Studies.

I assist in the sales of various products, choosing products to sell, design displays, and restock products.

I practiced exceptional customer service, restocked items, conditioned isles, and dealt with groceries and money.
