As an International Customer Service Account Manager at PakTech, I work with a diverse and dynamic team to deliver innovative and sustainable packaging solutions to clients around the world.In my current role, I manage multiple global accounts and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment, invoicing, and shipping. I partner with our sales team to pursue new sales opportunities, quote pricing for products and logistics, and resolve customer issues and complaints. Additionally, I leverage my background in finance and operations to monitor and analyze sales and inventory data, prepare reports, and implement process improvements. I use my retail sales skills to communicate effectively with customers, understand their needs and preferences, and provide them with customized and value-added solutions. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree as well as a certificate in bookkeeping. An arts education allows me to think creatively while problem solving and leverage the positive impact creativity and the arts can play in our workplaces to collaborate and strengthen relationships.
