Establish, develops and maintain business relationships with potential merchants.Identify leads and opportunities through targeted marketing strategies.Attend meeting, events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.Supply oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Responsibilities/ Key Skills:• Inbound call duties including taking phone and mail orders, assisting with queries, call transfers to naturopaths, settling customer complaints• Training and development for new staff members • Ensured the provision of consistent positive customer experience• Handling orders/ tracking orders (returns and misplacements); accounts payable and action requests• Resolving debt payments/ financial settlements• Filing and managing skills, updating customer details on database• Assisting the Marketing team with monthly catalogues i.e. proof reading, codes and pricing set up etc
