-Lead the development and implementation of business strategies for our Washington Waste Market Sector. Focus on business development by establishing client relationships, developing leads, and strategic thinking in future directions for both our clients and programs.-Manage a wide variety of waste diversion, resource management and planning projects throughout Washington and North America. Support the development of long-range waste management strategic plans for municipalities including researching, identifying, assessing, and evaluating alternate diversion and disposal technologies and programs.-Act as Subject Matter Expert in recycling programs, source separated organics programs, zero waste, circular economy, extended producer responsibility, and sustainability initiatives.

-Manage diverse projects from initiation to completion through proposal writing, project design, and project execution including resolving complex challenges and maintaining positive client relationships-Consistently plan, prioritize, and utilize resources effectively to meet competing deadlines for a diverse client portfolio of up to 10 projects simultaneously-Ensure projects meet client expectations and stay under or within complex $1 million+ budgets-Lead waste characterization studies for municipalities at the local and state level to set baselines to inform waste reduction and reuse strategies and ensure compliance with legislation-Serve as subject matter expert for solid waste, sustainable materials management, and circular economy-Lead contract administration to fund projects that promote circular economy in the region, including work order development and oversight of over a dozen subconsultant firms-Oversee creation of client- and public-facing reports and presentations for a variety of intended audiences-Plan and lead data collection and management for ongoing projects-Assess and improve business and multifamily processes to conserve water, reduce waste, and decrease carbon emissions

-Independently oversaw all plan review, approval, and site audits of all new and retrofitted landscape designs to ensure compliance with local and State water conservation standards and maintain uniformity across projects -Managed complex databases to maintain program metrics through careful documentation, and extracted clear, concise reports -Managed community programs and individual projects to increase water conservation, including Landscape Water Budgets Program and Commercial Water Savings Program -Fostered community engagement in programs through public education and establishing strategic partnerships with community organizations
